Taking time out

Hello everyone,

I hope your all doing well. Not only is it bank holiday but it’s first of May! Today I’m going to tell you why it’s important for one to have time to themselves.

Sit down

When was the last time you sat by yourself? School or work can be stressful at times so sitting can really help whether it’s inside or outside. I recommend going outside even if it’s the garden because of the fresh air.


Having time alone for at least 30 minutes to even a whole day will help your thoughts. If your busy or just not in the right mind set, being in a quiet area on your own will help it clear your mind. It will even help you think clearly.

Feel Refreshed

When having time for yourself, you feel refreshed and maybe a better you because having time alone will help you reconnect with yourself.

So when was the last time you had time alone? Not in a while? Than make today the day for you to have some time out.
