Sorry for not posting all week last week! I was very ill and couldn’t post. So today is about being active and making the best of your summer on not being scared. FOMO (fear of missing out) is quite common so maybe this post will help you try new things.
EventBrite is a great website to plan events and I’ve checked there website out and will now share with you amazing ideas on GOMO (Going out more often). So let’s get started with the list!
1) Go to a fun fairI’ve sadly missed a fun fair in a beach last week because I was really ill. I definitely would’ve went with my sisters as it would’ve been very fun! It’s better than being at home watching Netflix because the atmosphere in the fair are amazing.
2) Visit a MuseumIt is so fun to go with your family to go look at old artifacts and statues which had a meaning from the past. And great for taking pictures with your family and making great memories. EventBrite lets you look for local activities and you could use their website to see if there is one near you.
3) Go for a Jog
It is so nice to go for a jog round your area and having a goal. Have an adventure just like I did. If you didn’t read that post than you can. It’s called Kick Start August. I guess I’ve already started beating FOMO.
4) Join a sports club
If you have a passion for sports than do it! You never know you may be really good at it and it can become a lifelong hobby. The bonus with that is that you will be healthy and fit. Than you have beaten FOMO and have become a successful GOMO person. I feel like sports clubs are the best way to start.
As mentioned before, you can create or join events in EventBrite which is a great way to plan and get yourself out there. Creating an event is easy! Just visit their website: EventBrite.com
You can do plenty of more activities. Nothing may be interesting outdoors and you may feel like there is nothing in your area. But trust me there is! Go to EVENTBRITE.COM and put in your location and they will find great events near you so you can beat FOMO. You will be happier and healthier and who wouldn’t want that?
Here is the link for you guys to the event page so you can plan an eventful day for you, your friends or/and family!
So I hope you guys enjoyed this post and be active today.
