Girl Online On Tour

Hello everyone,

(Do not read this if you are planning on reading this book for the first time)

I’ve never posted a review of a book before on my blog so I thought maybe I could widen the topics on my blog. So let’s get started!

———

I think the author, Zoe Sugg, was aiming her audience to teenagers. It’s says “How is it fair that were stuck inside, fingers cramping from gripping a pen.” This was when Penny, the main character, was taking her GCSE history. From this, you see how the reader can relate to the book. Also, this book is about Penny with her: friendship, relationship, family, traveling and most of all anxiety. These aspects are from a teenagers point of view which again shows that this book is for teenagers.

The title is a huge part of the book and I feel like you need to understand why it’s called that through out reading. Reasons why this book is called ‘Girl Online’ is because Penny started a blog and it’s called Girl Online. She blogged about her anxiety but put her newer posts to private from the incident in the previous book. Her boyfriend, Noah, invites her during the summer holidays to his first tour. This is why it is called ‘Girl Online On Tour’ because she has a blog and posts about her lifestyle and what she has experienced in the life of the tour.

Girl Online On Tour by Zoe Sugg (Zoella) teaches you a very valuable lesson. It teaches that a person very close to you and your boyfriend can be the greatest enemy to threaten and destroy you. They would ruin you for what they desire. This is the character Dave (Noah’s manager). But if you stay strong (like Noah and Penny) than everything will be alright and you will realise who deserves to be in your life or not.

The reason why I enjoyed this book was because you can relate to it! Yes she may be on tour but the problems faced are very similar or exact in everyone’s lives.

In conclusion, this book is 5/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for being descriptive, relatable and enjoyable.

I thought the first book had the perfect ending, so when Zoe announced that there is a SECOND book, I freaked out. But I found their story so cute and just absolutely adorable and I am not going to lie, I am excited to read it and hopefully it’s just as good as the first one. 🙂
